You will note the names L. Caecili Communis and M. Stron Favor also appear on house VII.13.14.
Two separate bronze seals were found embossed with these names, although there seems to be some confusion over their actual find location.

This drawing is the only known documentation of the group.
According to Helbig, this was found in the atrium of the house at VII.14.14/15.
According to Schultz, (BdI,1841, p. 124),
“Nel cavedio dell’ultima delle due detto case
e dipinto un vecchio pescatore calvo, accompagnato da un fanciullo...”,

VII.14.15 Pompeii. 1840. Drawing of two fishermen, on the right, by Zahn, however he states –
“The second painting represents country
people in a house next to the Casa del Cignale.”
The painting on the left, discovered 1839
in Pompeii, he wrote was –
“The bacchante in a house of the Strada
della Fortuna, sitting, holding a tambourine, painted on a white background,
with yellow drapery.
The cushion of the seat on which she sits,
is purple.”
